4. ONLINE ORDERING TERMS (IMPORTANT)
4.1. Online-only service: We operate as an online fast food restaurant only. We do not operate physical walk-in stores.
4.2. Order placement: Orders can be placed only through our website.
4.3. Order confirmation and payment: Your order is created when you place it. However, your order is only processed for preparation and delivery once payment has been successfully received via YOCO. If payment fails or remains incomplete, we may cancel the order.
4.4. Stock availability: Items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm a substitution, or refund the unavailable item.
4.5. Special requests: You may add special delivery or preparation notes during checkout. We will try to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be possible.
4.6. Allergies: Our food may contain or come into contact with allergens such as gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, and spices. If you have severe allergies, you order at your own risk.
5. DELIVERY TERMS (BENONI ONLY)
5.1. Delivery area: We deliver only in the following areas:
- Crystal Park
- Rynfield
- Rynpark
- Cloverdene
5.2. Delivery fees:
- Flat delivery fee: R25
- Free delivery for orders above R150
5.3. Delivery times: Estimated delivery time is 30 to 60 minutes. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed time.
5.4. Operating hours: We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 20:00.
5.5. Unreachable customers: If we arrive at your address and cannot reach you, we will wait 5 minutes. After that, we may leave the order at the door or tied securely to the gate and mark the order as delivered.
5.6. Delivery proof: We may take a photo at the delivery location as proof of delivery.
6. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT (NO ABUSE POLICY)
6.1. We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or aggressive behaviour towards our team members or delivery staff.
6.2. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block customers who behave in this manner.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
7.1. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and any checkout terms, form the full agreement between you and us.

5. Customer responsibilities

6. Unreachable customer policy
If we arrive and cannot reach you, we will wait 5 minutes. After that, we may leave the order at the door or tied securely to the gate and mark it as delivered.
7. Proof of delivery
We may take a photo at the gate or door to confirm delivery.

1. No “change of mind” refunds
Because we sell prepared food, we do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or ordered incorrectly.
2. When you qualify for a refund
You may qualify for a refund (full or partial) if:
- you received the wrong items
- items are missing
- the order is clearly damaged due to delivery handling
- we did not deliver after successful payment
3. Reporting time limit
You must report any issues within 30 minutes of delivery.
4. Evidence required
Photo evidence is required for all refund claims.
5. Preferred resolution method
Our preferred resolution is to refund the missing item.
6. Delivery fee refunds
If the issue was our fault, we will refund the delivery fee for orders below R500.
7. Refund processing time
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on YOCO and your bank.
8. Fraud prevention
We may refuse refunds if we reasonably believe a refund request is dishonest.
